At Remi Warren, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
